Jessica Erin Ray, PhD, Artistic Advisor to SMCDT, is an Instructional Associate Professor of History at Texas A&M University, where she teaches about American culture and performance and researches and writes about American dance. She also serves as the Associate Director of the Melbern G. Glasscock Center for Humanities Research, managing and creating programs for undergraduates.
