Audition Information

Enrollment for the SMCD Summer Intensive is limited to 30 students. The video audition is required for admittance and level placements. 

Video submission deadline:        June 30, 2019 by midnight cst time 

$150 Deposit Due:                        July 10, 2019 by midnight cst time                               

Full Tuition Due:                           July 20, 2019 by midnight cst time

Video Submission Instructions 

Ballet:

     -Barre, demonstrating Plie, Tendu, Fondue

     -Center, demonstrating Adagio and Grande Allegro 

Modern/Contemporary 

      -A short phrase demonstrating basic skills and

       understanding of the use of the contraction, spirals, and floor work.

Solo

      -two minute choreographed solo danced in your preferred style.

       No specific requirements.
